The Bel Canto Boy Choirs were created as a music performance and education program. The program, for auditioned boys, emphasizes the development and understanding of singing skills. All boys who have been accepted into the Bel Canto Boy Choirs have demonstrated an ability to match pitch, sing in tune, and use a pleasant vocal quality in a group. Performances are held several times throughout the season. In addition to its season performances with Bel Canto Chorus, the choirs have appeared with the Vienna Boy Choir and Midwest Vocal Express.
Auditions for the Bel Canto Boy Choirs are held throughout the year by appointment only. To schedule an audition or learn about the Try It, You'll Like It program, contact 414.481.8801 or info@belcanto.org.
