BAYSIDE

1A 19-year-old Mequon man was cited for failing to control his vehicle after it rolled over onto its roof in the 8800 block of Interstate 43 about 9:25 a.m. Feb. 6. He was uninjured.

BROWN DEER

2A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was cited for criminal damage to property after writing on four baseball caps belonging to a former boyfriend in an apartment in the 8700 block of North Deerwood Drive between 3 p.m. Jan. 16 and 8 p.m. Jan. 23.

3The window of a car at the Rite-Hite Family YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, was broken and a purse and contents valued at $350 were taken between 9:15 and 10:05 a.m. Jan. 23. A credit card in the purse was later used to buy gas and a car wash in Milwaukee. Damage is estimated at $250.

4Two women grabbed a stack of clothing valued at $200 at Old Navy, 9094 N. Green Bay Road, at 8:53 p.m. Jan. 29 and fled the store. Police were not able to locate them.

5A 21-year-old Milwaukee man, an employee at Marshall's Mega Store, 9140 N. Green Bay Road, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Jan. 30 for giving away merchandise, altering the price of merchandise and taking money in the form of cash and gift cards at the store during December and January. He also was arrested for an open warrant. The total loss was $696.

6A 38-year-old Brown Deer woman was cited for loud noise in the 8100 block of North 61st Street at 12:25 a.m. Feb. 1 after police found a stereo in her home could be heard from the street.

7A 21-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 6000 block of West Bradley Road at 1:38 a.m. Feb. 1 after driving erratically. She was taken to a local hospital for a blood test to determine her level of intoxication after she was unable to provide a breath sample for a breath test.

8A 39-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for possession of 1.3 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police went to an apartment in the 8900 block of North Park Plaza Court at 9:54 p.m. Feb. 1 because of an argument between two people in the unit.

9A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 5100 block of West Brown Deer Road at 12:19 a.m. Feb. 2 after driving erratically. He also was cited for refusal to submit to a breath test, operating with a suspended registration, open intoxicants and possession of 1.1 grams of marijuana.

10A 13-year-old Brown Deer boy was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon on school property after bringing a box cutter to Brown Deer Middle School, 5757 W. Dean Road, during the school day Feb. 2. The box cutter was concealed in the boy's shoe. The case was forwarded to the Milwaukee County Children's Court.

11A 21-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for driving on a state highway with a flat tire, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and for carrying a loaded 9 mm Glock in the waistband of his jeans in the 9100 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 4:23 p.m. Feb. 2. He was ordered into Milwaukee County Intake Court for charges of carrying a concealed weapon.

12A 53-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft after taking a leather jacket and pair of pants with a total value of $355 from Kohl's, 9060 N. 60th St., at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 5.

13A wheel, a tire and lug nuts with a total value of $200 were taken from a car in a lot in the 4300 block of West Dean Road between 8:30 p.m. Feb. 6 and 6 a.m. Feb. 7.

14Two 15-year-old Brown Deer boys were cited for curfew violations after police found them playing basketball outside Brown Deer Middle School, 5757 W. Dean Road, at 12:35 a.m. Feb. 7.

• Police responded to three domestic incidents last week.

FOX POINT

15A 19-year-old Fox Point man was arrested for theft after taking two video games valued at $60 from Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, at 2:47 p.m. Feb. 2.

GLENDALE

16A television valued at $1,399 was taken from a lounge at Concours Motors, 1400 W. Silver Spring Drive, between Jan. 31 and Feb. 2. A digital converter box valued at $60 and an antenna, $40, also were taken from an employee break room.

17Six chainsaws and other equipment valued at a total of $7,308 were taken from RB Tree Service, 6047 N. Flint Road, between Jan. 31 and Feb. 5.

18A 53-year-old Franksville, Wis., man was cited for failure to yield after he turned into the path of an oncoming car while turning left at Green Bay Avenue and Good Hope Road about 6:20 a.m. Feb. 3. The 27-year-old Glendale woman driving the other vehicle was taken to a local hospital. Her 15-month-old passenger also was taken as a precaution.

19Both passenger side tires were slashed and a door was keyed on a van in the Lydell parking structure, 5631 N. Bayshore Drive, at Bayshore Town Center between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Feb. 4. The cost to replace the tires was $256.

20A wallet containing $100 and credit cards was taken from a jacket hanging on a chair in the breakfast lounge of the Super 8 motel, 5485 N. Port Washington Road, between 1:45 and 5 p.m. Feb. 4.

21A cell phone valued at $300 was taken from a fitting room at Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., between 7 and 7:30 p.m. Feb. 5.

22A 17-year-old boy who is a senior at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, was cited for theft after a wallet containing about $200 and a gift card was taken in a photography class at the school prior to 12:15 p.m. Feb. 6.

23A 25-year-old Glendale woman was cited for following too closely after she rear-ended the vehicle in front of her on Port Washington Road at Green Tree Road about 3 p.m. Feb. 6. The 23-year-old Milwaukee woman driving the other car was taken to a local hospital; she was cited for driving with a suspended license.

24A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for theft at Sears, 5900 N. Port Washington Road, about 9 p.m. Feb. 6 after trying to take 18 DVDs valued at $472 without paying for them.

25Police are looking for the driver of a car that hit a home in the 2600 block of North 15th Street, Milwaukee, making a hole in the basement wall, after a chase that started in Glendale. The man had taken two cartons of cigarettes valued at a total of $99 from Speedway, 6170 N. Green Bay Ave., about 8:15 a.m. Feb. 8. Police began to pursue the man. A 45-year-old Slinger man who was a passenger and owner of the car did not provide police the full name and address of the driver. The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will review possible charges for the Slinger man.

26The window of a vehicle was smashed and a wallet containing $300, credit cards and an extra ignition key was taken at Le Club, 2001 W. Good Hope Road, between 2 and 3 p.m. Feb. 8.

RIVER HILLS

27A Rolex watch of unknown value was taken from a home in the 1100 block of West Lodgewood Court along with jewelry valued at $2,200 and checks between Aug. 11 and Jan. 30. A 20-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested in Milwaukee for trying to cash three forged checks taken from the home totaling $1,500.

SHOREWOOD

28A 17-year-old Milwaukee boy was cited for disorderly conduct at Citgo, 1602 E. Capitol Drive, at 8:11 p.m. Feb. 5. The boy refused to leave the store when asked to do so by a store employee.

29A vehicle tire was punctured in the 4200 block of North Maryland Avenue between 8:30 p.m. Feb. 7 and 9:30 a.m. Feb. 8. A damage estimate is not available.

WHITEFISH BAY

30A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 4500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 12:16 a.m. Feb. 2. The man was taken to a local hospital for a blood test to determine his level of intoxication after he was unable to provide a breath sample for a breath test.

31A wallet was taken from a vehicle in the Jewish Community Center parking lot, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd., at 9:32 p.m. Feb. 3. Access was gained by smashing a window. A damage estimate is not available.

32A 36-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving in the 6200 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard at 1:05 a.m. Feb. 5. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.24.

33A 19-year-old Whitefish Bay man was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 700 block of East Henry Clay Street at 10:50 a.m. Feb. 8 after he threatened an unspecified number of people with a knife. The case has been forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for possible charges.

NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT

• Firefighters answered 118 calls for service, 92 emergency medical and 26 fire/rescue, between Feb. 2 and 8.

• Firefighters provided mutual aid to the Oak Creek Fire Department, assisting with cleanup operations at the We Energies plant at 10650 S. Chicago Ave., Oak Creek, at 12:05 p.m. Feb. 3 after an explosion and fire at the site.

34The residents of a house in the 160 block of East Willow Road, Fox Point, put out a small bathroom fire but firefighters found a significant amount of smoke still in the house when they arrived at 4:39 a.m. Feb. 5. Firefighters checked the remainder of the house to make sure there was no more fire and helped ventilate the house.

35Firefighters found water filling a basement in the 2200 block of East Capitol Drive, Shorewood, at 1:26 a.m. Feb. 6. The water was coming from a watermain break and the Department of Public Works shut off the water.

36Firefighters put out a fire in a car in a lot in the 7900 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard, Fox Point, at 3:57 p.m. Feb. 6. The owner said when she started it, she heard a loud pop and saw smoke coming from the engine compartment. The car had been serviced earlier in the day.
