BAYSIDE

1A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, driving without a valid license and refusal to take a breath test after a 911 call of an erratic driver in the 8700 block of I-43 at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 8. The man, who said he had two drinks, failed field sobriety tests. A male passenger, age and residence not released, who had a preliminary BAC of 0.20, was arrested on a warrant.

2A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for an illegal U-turn and a defective headlight at North Port Washington Road and West Brown Deer Road at 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, June 22. His BAC was 0.14.

3A citizen called police to report a dog being kept in a cage in a basement without food or water in the 9200 block of North Broadmoor Road about 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25. Police arrived and reported a very strong odor of urine and animal feces in the basement and found a beagle in a cage without food or water. The resident said it was her son's dog and she was too sick to care for it, adding she hadn't seen her son since the weekend but had given the dog food and water that morning. MADACC was called and came to the residence and after an investigation removed the dog. The owner will be contacted.

4Two men, not yet 21 and residences not released, were arrested for underage drinking in the 500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1:20 a.m. on Thursday, June 26. One of them was seen running in the area but stopped when he saw the squad car. They had BACs of 0.238 and 0.132.

5A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after she was stopped for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone in the 9600 block of I-43 at 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, June 28. She admitted drinking saying she had "maybe two." She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.12.

6A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for open intoxicants, a can of beer, driving after revocation and warned for an illegal U-turn at North Port Washington Road and West Brown Deer Road at 3:42 a.m. on Saturday, June 28. The man, who admitted having "a little bit" to drink, was not intoxicated.

BROWN DEER

7A 42-inch TV valued at $1,200 was taken from the 4300 block of West Woodale Avenue overnight June 8 or 9. The resident found both an outside garage door and the door to the home open about 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 9.

8A Michael Kors purse valued at $400 with about $28 cash was taken from a car in the 9200 block of North Green Bay Road about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17. A window was broken to gain entry, causing $200 damage.

9Two females, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft of clothing and purses valued at $130 from TJ Maxx, 9020 N. Green Bay Rd., at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 19. The females put the items into shopping bags and attempted to flee.

10A cell phone valued at $150 was reported at Brown Deer Lanes, 4715 W. Bradley Rd., at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 19. The phone had been left on a table while the owner bowled.

11A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft and a warrant at T.J. Maxx, 9020 N. Green Bay Rd., at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 20. The man had taken socks and t-shirts valued at $196 and fled the store, but was stopped.

12A car was broken into but nothing taken in the 8300 block of North 46th Street overnight June 22 and 23. Damage to a window was $175.

FOX POINT

13A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 57 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 8500 block of North Lake Drive at 11:25 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24. The man, who said he had three beers at Summerfest, failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.07.

14A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, failure to have insurance and a pending citation for hit and run after she backed into a car in the 500 block of West Bradley Road at 2:47 p.m. on Sunday, June 29. A bottle of wine was found in her purse and she admitted having one or two cups of wine earlier. She failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.22.

GLENDALE

15A man was seen grabbing a box of cookware valued at $250 and fleeing Boelter Co., 4200 N. Port Washington Rd., at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 19. The man drove away.

16Ten Milwaukee women and a West Allis woman, ages 17 to 23, were arrested for escort without a license at the Milwaukee River Inn, formerly Hilton Inn, 4700 N. Port Washington Rd., the afternoon and evening of Thursday, June 19. Glendale police were part of a special operation with the FBI investigating human trafficking. Also arrested was an 18-year-old Milwaukee man for party to the crime of escort without a license and possession of marijuana. Police had set up "dates" with the women who had placed ads on a website used by prostitutes.

17A 36-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of 2.9 grams of marijuana and trespassing after she was recognized as having been banned from Pick 'n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Dr., at 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, June 19. The woman, who was in the liquor store, admitted she knew she was permanently banned from Pick 'n Save but didn't think that included the liquor store. She then told police she found the marijuana in a park but when questioned, she admitted it was hers.

18A woman, a known suspect, was seen taking yoga pants and t-shirts valued at $250 from Victoria's Secret, 5699 N. Centerpark Way, at 2:50 p.m. on Friday, June 20. The woman grabbed the items and ran out of the store.

19An Apple iPad valued at $600 was taken from an unlocked car in the 5700 block of North Glen Park Road on Friday, June 20.

20A 17-year-old boy, residence not available, was arrested for possession of 3.5 grams of marijuana and trespassing and a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy for theft of a skateboard valued at $175 from Zumiez, 5775 N. Bayshore Dr., at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 21.

21A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was seen taking bottles of Chanel No. 5 and Gucci perfumes valued at $182 at Ulta, 5654 N. Bayshore Dr., at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 21. The woman, a known suspect, fled in a car with other women and a follow up is being conducted.

22A 19-year-old Sheboygan Falls man was arrested for possession of 1.25 grams of marijuana, a pill described as Ecstasy and drug paraphernalia after he was seen driving erratically in the 4800 block of North Iroquois Avenue at 2:25 a.m. on Sunday, June 22. Police found the controlled substances along with a pipe and grinder with residue in the car.

23A 48-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft of women's intimate apparel including bras, girdles and panties valued at $355 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Dr., at 1:55 p.m. on Monday, June 23. The man was seen taking the items into a fitting room, which was found empty after he left. He then attempted to flee but was stopped and found to be wearing some of the girdles and panties and the rest of the items were stuffed into his pants.

24Two Milwaukee women, ages 22 and 24, were arrested for theft of baby formula valued at $190 from Pick 'n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Rd., at 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24. The women fled the store and drove off. A witness identified the car and it was stopped a few blocks away.

25A 29-year-old Bay View woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was stopped for driving without lights in the 7700 block of North Chadwick Road at 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25. She admitted drinking and had a BAC of 0.12.

RIVER HILLS

No reportable incidents this week.

SHOREWOOD

26A Giant bicycle, value not listed, was taken from a bike rack at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Dr., between 8:50 and 11 a.m. on Friday, June 20.

27A resident reported that a woman who said she lived two houses away asked to borrow $32 so she could buy an inhaler for her daughter in the 4100 block of North Bartlett Avenue at 8 p.m. on Friday, June 20. The resident believed the woman and gave her the money. After a few days and the woman did not return to repay the money, the resident discovered she was not a neighbor and called police on Friday, June 27. A similar incident was reported the previous week.

28A 2006 Toyota Sienna van, valued at $5,000, with various baby items, including a stroller and cable box inside, values not listed, was taken from a driveway in the 1600 block of Eeast Kenmore Place overnight June 20 or 21.

29A wallet with credit cards was taken from the 3800 block of North Oakland Avenue between 4 p.m. June 20 and noon June 21. A window screen was cut to gain entry. The credit cards were cancelled before any charges were made.

30A Snowblower, a weed eater and trimmer valued at about $1,000 were taken from a locked shed in the 3900 block of North Ridgefield Circle on June 21 or 22.

·A Shorewood woman, age not released, was arrested for simple assault/domestic violence related, after she and another woman got into an argument which turned physical about midnight on Tuesday, June 24. The suspect scratched the woman with her fingernails and pulled her hair.

31An iPad and laptop valued at $600 and a roll of quarters were taken from a business in the 1800 block of East Capitol Drive overnight June 23 or 24.

32A Trek 7.2 bicycle valued at $550 was reported taken from an underground garage in the 4300 block of North Oakland Avenue sometime in June and reported on Monday, June 23.

33Two males, ages and residences not released, were arrested for disorderly conduct after a report of them being intoxicated and fighting on the Oak Leaf Bike Trails at East Capitol Drive at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25.

34A bicyclist was forced off his bike when grabbed by a man either on the Oak Leaf Trail or near it in the 3800 block of North Morris Boulevard at 3:11 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25.

WHITEFISH BAY

35An unsecured Trek 820 woman's bicycle valued at $325 was taken from the north end of the track area of Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., between 8:30 and 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25.

36Various items valued at $1,285 were taken from a construction trailer at North Santa Monica Boulevard and East Beaumont Avenue between 5:45 p.m. June 20 and 6:15 a.m. June 21 and reported on Wednesday, June 25.

37A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving in the 4800 block of North Ardmore Avenue at 1:35 a.m. on Friday, June 27. His BAC was 0.15.

38A male and female, ages and residences not released, were cited for possession of alcohol and violation of park hours at Big Bay Park, 5000 N. Palisades Rd., at 11:10 p.m. on Friday, June 27.

39A female, not yet 21 and residence not released, was arrested for underage drinking after a witness found her sitting on the corner holding her head at North Lake Drive and East Carlisle Avenue at 3:33 a.m. on Saturday, June 28.

40Two men, ages and residences not released, were arrested, one for possession of drug paraphernalia and one for violation of his graduated driver's license and failure to carry that license in the 4400 block of North Oakland Avenue at 5:22 p.m. on Sunday, June 29.

41A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after driving over at least four lawns in the 4900 block of North Berkeley Boulevard and stopped in the 1200 block of East Fairmount Avenue at 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, June 29. His BAC was 0.16.
