1A man and woman, ages and residences not released, were arrested for disorderly conduct in the 7700 block of N. Sherman Blvd. at 6:15 p.m. May 17. The woman hit the man with a broom, and he pushed her. No injuries were reported.
2A girl, age and residence not released, was cited for disorderly conduct and underage possession of tobacco after she used a pole to hit a relative in the leg and fled the 8800 block of N. 66th Street at 2:48 p.m. May 19.
3Two male juveniles, ages and residences not released, were cited for obstruction after giving false names to police who were investigating a report of teens smoking marijuana in the 4200 block of W. Hawthorne Trace Road at 5 p.m. May 20. No marijuana was found. After being told the name he gave was false, one boy said, "Oh, yeah, I remember," and then gave his name.
4A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for driving while impaired after a report of an erratic driving in the 8700 block of N. 51st Street at 8:30 p.m. May 20. The man, who had a BAC of 0.00, did admit smoking marijuana earlier.
· A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for battery/domestic violence related, after he and his girlfriend got into an argument which turned physical outside a daycare at 10:36 a.m. May 21. The man, who hit and shook the woman, denied he did the woman and later so did she.
5Two women, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft, and one for possession of marijuana, and the other on a warrant, after they took clothing, electronics and other items valued at over $1,000 from Kohl's, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 3:50 p.m. May 21. The women had a stroller and two children and as they walked through the store, they loaded up the stroller and a cart with items and then went into a bathroom. They exited with the stroller now filled with gift bags leaving behind an empty cart, empty shoe box and an old pair of shoes.
· A man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic-violence-related after he punched and slapped a woman in a parking lot. The man complained that she had been emotional and moody lately. She said there had been a death in her family.
· A resident reported being the victim of a fraud after he received a call saying he had won Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes and was asked to send money via a MoneyPak to receive the prize May 21. He purchased $1,500 of these Paks and gave the codes to the caller.
6A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested on six outstanding warrants after she was seen taking items at TJ Maxx, 9020 N. Green Bay Road at 2:46 p.m. May 23. Three warrants were for theft and three for trespassing.
7A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft and carrying a concealed weapon after taking various electronics valued at $300 including a game system and an MP3 player at Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, at 3 p.m. May 28. The man went into a bathroom and used a knife to remove packaging and put the items into a bag and attempted to flee. He was stopped as he left the store.
8A resident reported that two cars were hit with eggs and a 20 pound bag of top soil was taken in the 8300 block of N. Regent Road between 11 p.m. May 27 and 6 a.m. May 28. Damage to the cars was $20 and the soil was valued at $3.
9Two shoppers reported the theft of their cell phones valued at $400 after they were left by accident on a shelf at Forever 21, 5766 N. Bayshore Drive, at 4:10 p.m. May 21.
10A 19-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was arrested for theft of clothing and cosmetics valued at $249 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 2:12 p.m. May 22.
11Two 16-year-old Glendale boys were arrested for possession of "homemade marijuana pipes" in the 2600 block of W. Mill Road at 3:50 p.m. May 22. A resident recognized the boys saying that last week one approached his child asking if he wanted some cocaine. The boys said that was just a joke.
12A 28-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and theft of items valued at over $120 including perfume and Godiva chocolate at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive at 5:20 p.m. May 22. The woman had .61 grams of marijuana and a grinder with marijuana residue.
13Three pairs of sunglasses valued at $650 were taken from the Sunglass Hut, 490 W. Northshore Drive, at 1 p.m. May 23. Four males entered the store and while one diverted an employee, the others grabbed the glasses and fled.
14A 20-year-old man, from Saudi Arabia with a student visa, was arrested for possession of tools to remove security tags and theft of items valued at over $1,500 including jewelry, electronics, 7 pairs of shoes and a suitcase, at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 7:42 p.m. May 23. The man loaded a cart, went into a fitting room and then exited pulling a suitcase, leaving behind an empty cart. The man had a knife and pliers.
· A 53-year-old Glendale man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic-violence-related after kicking in a bedroom door and throwing a chair, hitting a woman at 1:39 a.m. May 24. The man, who was intoxicated, was angry over the care of a dog, he said.
15A 16-year-old Milwaukee girl was arrested for disorderly conduct and theft of a pregnancy test valued at $24 at Pick 'n Save, 1735 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 8 p.m. May 24. Security stopped the girl as she left the store asking if she'd taken anything. The girl said yes, pulled out the item and throwing it at the guard. She then pushed him and bit him in the chest.
16Twelve packs of Newport cigarettes valued at $105 were taken from Kaul Mart, 209 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 5:24 a.m. May 25. An employee was in the store when a man used a brick to break the front door glass and enter. She ran into the office and called police. He fled the store before police arrived.
17A $3,000 11/2 carat diamond engagement ring was taken from Zales, 5720 N. Bayshore Drive, about 5:30 p.m. May 23. A man was looking at one ring when he asked to see another ring. He was told he had to give the first ring back. When he did, the employee handed him the other ring. He grabbed it and ran from the store.
18A forced entry was reported at an office suite in the 6200 block of N. Port Washington Road before 10 a.m. May 25. A window was broken to gain entry and nothing was reported taken.
19A 42-year-old Menomonee Falls woman was arrested for theft of items valued at over $280 at Pick 'n Save, 6969 N. Port Washington Road, at 12:25 p.m. May 26. The woman loaded a cart and left without paying but paused just outside as if looking at a display. When stopped she became defensive and denied she intended to take the items. A bit later she admitted the theft saying, "I suck at this."
20A 55-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft and a theft warrant at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 1:15 p.m. May 27. The man, who carried an empty backpack, entered a fitting room with a cart of men's active wear valued at $286. He left with a "stuffed" backpack and an empty fitting room and was stopped.
21A 26-year-old Oconomowoc man was arrested for possession of 3.3 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was found unresponsive on the ground near a parked car in the 7000 block of N. Green Bay Avenue at 4:45 p.m. May 27. A friend was doing CPR when police and paramedics arrived. The friend said the man had injected himself with heroin. He was treated at a hospital and after being released was arrested.

22West Allis police arrested at least one male, age and residence not released, for operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent. The vehicle was taken from Hubbard Lodge, 3565 N. Morris Blvd., about 4 p.m. May 22. The Honda Odyssey van was later found at S. 108th and W. Washington streets at 4:46 a.m. May 24.
23A Shorewood male, age not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a noise complaint in the 3900 block of N. Murray Avenue at 3:50 a.m. May 25. The man was fighting with a relative and when an apartment complex employee came to the scene he pushed the employee.
24A man reported being the victim of a fraud after giving $200 to a stranger in the 4500 block of N. Oakland Avenue at 4:15 p.m. May 27. That man had approached him at a Milwaukee Walmart telling a story and asking for money. The victim believed the man's story, drove him to the Shorewood address and gave him the $200 but had the man sign a note saying the money would be repaid by May 28. When it wasn't, he called police.
25Jewelry including a wedding band, value not available, was taken from the 3900 block of N. Murray Avenue sometime May 5 to May 28. There was no sign of forced entry.
26A male, age and residence not released, was referred to the DA's office after he attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill in the drive-thru at Culver's, 1325 E. Capitol Drive at 2:12 p.m. May 28.
27Shorewood Police served a search warrant in West Allis May 30 and arrested a 25-year-old man, residence not released, in the armed robbery of prescription medicine at Hayek's Pharmacy, 3565 N. Morris Blvd., at 4:15 p.m. Jan. 24. The investigation is ongoing.
28A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, with two prior convictions, failure to control vehicle and refusal to take a breath test after a witness reported a possible drunken driver in the 300 block of E. Henry Clay Street at 3:20 p.m. May 27. A search warrant was issued and the man taken for a blood draw.
29A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for driving without headlights in the 5100 block of N. Marlborough Drive at 2:40 a.m. May 28. His blood-alcohol level was 0.09.
· A resident reported an attempted fraud after selling an item on Craigslist and receiving a check for more than the price May 28. The check was fraudulent and the item not sent.
30The metal frame and springs, value not available, were taken from an unassembled trampoline in the 5500 block of N. Hollywood Avenue sometime 2 to 7 p.m. May 28.
31A "heavily intoxicated" female was assisted after she was found at E. Hampton Road and N. Santa Monica Blvd. about 2:30 a.m. May 29. She said she was trying to get back to Gateway To Change rehabilitation center. The center could not be contacted and she was taken to Genesis Rehab in Milwaukee.
32A man, age and residence not released, was issued a parking ticket and warned for disorderly conduct after a witness reported him removing chalk marks from parked cars in the 5500 block of N. Berkeley Blvd. at 1:40 p.m. May 29. The witness had taken a photo of the man on a cell phone.
33A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, possession of marijuana, refusal to take a breath test after being stopped for speeding 59 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of N. Wilson Drive at 1:45 a.m. May 30. The man had 3.71 grams of marijuana.
34Four pieces of jewelry valued at $4,150 were taken from the 4800 block of N. Ardmore Avenue sometime in the last six months and reported May 30.
35A witness reported a woman face down on the sidewalk at N. Marlborough Drive and E. Silver Spring Drive at 2:45 p.m. June 1. The woman told police she was doing a psychological experiment to see how long it takes people to stop and help someone lying on the ground. She was told to terminate her experiment.
