BAYSIDE

1A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving in the 500 block of West Brown Deer Road at 10:25 p.m. Aug. 18. Police were called by a witness who said the man, who appeared drunk, was asking for directions to drive home. Police warned the man not to drive and he said he would either get a ride home or rest in his car. At 11:25 p.m., the man was seen driving from the lot and was arrested. His blood alcohol content was 0.12.

2A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after a report of a driver weaving in traffic in the 9600 block of North Port Washington Road at 11:30 p.m. Aug. 19. The man, whose BAC was 0.05, failed field sobriety tests telling police he had a "history of driving erratically."

3An electronic tablet and case valued at $570 was reported taken from the 9000 block of North White Oaks Lane sometime 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. Aug. 22. Outside workers were in the residence at the time.

4A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, and open intoxicants after a report of an erratic driver on Interstate 43 near Good Hope Road at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 22. The witness reported the driver hanging out the window and seeing beer bottles thrown from the car. The man refused to take field sobriety tests telling police "You ain't telling me nothing, man." He refused to take a breath test and a warrant was issued and the man was taken for a blood draw. An open bottle of bourbon was found hidden under a sweatshirt in the car.

BROWN DEER

5A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct at a child care facility in the 5000 block of West Bradley Road at 8:40 p.m. Aug. 8. The woman was described as violent and profane while pushing an employee regarding her child's care and meal time. A witness said the woman was "acting crazy."

6A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for receiving stolen property after a cellphone was taken from the YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, before 5 p.m. Aug. 13. The phone was traced to the 9500 block of North 47th Street. The man was at that location telling police he found the phone in the bushes near the YMCA and wanted to find the owner himself so he didn't turn it in.

7A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after he was seen driving west in eastbound lanes in the 5300 block of West Bradley Road at midnight Aug. 15. When asked to see his driver's license, the man paged through a pile of lottery tickets and then looked for it in the console revealing more tickets. The man, who said he had "one shot," had a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

8A $1,100 laptop computer was taken from a car in a driveway in the 5800 block of West Greenbrook Drive on Aug. 16 or 17. There was no sign of forced entry.

9A purse and contents was taken from a car parked at the YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, before 8:45 a.m. Aug. 16. The value of the purse and contents which included four purchases made using stolen debit/credit cards was $900 and damage to the car was listed at $600.

10A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after he was involved in a hit and run in Milwaukee and drove off followed by the other driver to the 6000 block of West Brown Deer Road at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 17. The man admitted drinking a few shots and beers at home. His BAC was 0.24.

· A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for battery/domestic violence related, and an outstanding warrant at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 17. The victim said the man took her jewelry and when she asked for it back, he shoved her. The man said she hit him first and the jewelry was his because he bought it and gave it to her.

· A Brown Deer woman, age not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related with the enhancer of while armed after a neighbor called police because the woman was yelling and screaming at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 19. Police interviewed the woman and her live-in boyfriend. He reported that the woman had thrown a fillet knife at him more than once the day before and on this day had kicked him and jumped on him. She said she was just protecting herself.

11A purse, clothing and electronics, value not available, were taken from the 9300 block of North Fairy Chasm Lane during the day Aug. 19. The glass on a rear door was broken to gain entry.

12A digital media player valued at $220 was taken from an unsecured backpack left in the family locker room while the owner was attending day camp at the YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, on Aug. 19.

FOX POINT

13A boy, age and residence not released, was cited for hit and run causing damage and failure to maintain control after hitting and knocking over a white post near the 8500 block of North Indian Creek Parkway at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 16. A resident saw the accident and called police who traced the car and cited the boy.

14Orange paint was found on two road signs causing $300 damage in the 7500 block of North Beach Drive about noon Aug 17.

15Three screens were found removed from a residence and dumped on the lawn in the 300 block of East Green Tree Road at 7:20 a.m. Aug. 21. A resident reported hearing banging about midnight. Damage was $200.

16A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for robbery of Chase Bank, 8737 N. Port Washington Road, at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 21. The man entered the bank and was noticed "loitering." He then approached a teller demanding money while handing her a note that read "no die packs." He fled with a hand full of money in a Nissan Sentra. All departments were notified and the man was stopped in the area.

17An attempted burglary was reported in the 7000 block of North Fairchild Road at 5:40 p.m. Aug. 21. An employee arrived at the home and found someone had cut the glass on at least one window and called police. Damage was listed at $400. Entry was not gained to the home.

18Damage to a roof exhaust fan and to an exterior mirror on a car were reported at St. Eugene Church and School, 7600 N. Port Washington Road, at 8:45 a.m. Aug. 23. Earlier police had responded to the report of someone on the roof at 1:53 a.m. but were unable to locate anyone at that time. Damage to the fan was listed as $1,000 and to the mirror $150. The mirror was broken and looked as if it had been shot with a BB gun.

GLENDALE

19Parts were taken from an exterior air conditioner compressor in the 7200 block of North Range Line Road sometime Aug. 9 to 14. Replacement value was listed at $3,000.

20Copper pipes and fittings, value not available, were taken from the 6300 block of North Port Washington Road sometime Aug. 13 to 15.

21Two women, 21 and 22, residences not released, were arrested for theft of infant clothing valued at $275 from Boston Store, 5701 N. Lydell Ave., at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 15. The women had a baby in a stroller and put the items into a bag on that stroller and left the store. They admitted it was wrong to steal and said they were sorry.

· Cars were entered and items taken Aug. 15 or 16 as follows: a $200 smartphone and a $300 digital camera were taken from the 5100 and 5400 blocks of North Port Washington Road, a $100 face plate from the 5600 block of North Argyle Avenue and either small amounts of change or nothing taken in the 5600 and 5700 blocks of North Crestwood Boulevard and the 5600 blocks of Dexter and Argyle avenues.

22Two men, 19 and 24, residences not released, were arrested for theft at the I-Pic Theatre, 5750 N. Bayshore Drive, at 5 p.m. Aug. 16. The two grabbed the wallet after a man dropped it and went into the theatre where it was recovered.

23Items valued at more than $300 including four cartons of cigarettes, batteries and pet supplies were taken from Walgreens, 5400 N. Port Washington Road, at 8:40 p.m. Aug. 16. A man checked out the items and swiped a bank card and left but the charge was not accepted because he failed to put in a pin number or sign for it.

24A set of golf clubs including a putter valued at $1,800 were taken from a secured basement storage locker in an apartment building in the 200 block of West Coventry Court sometime Aug. 14 to 18.

25Two 15-year-old boys and a 13-year-old boy, residences not released, were arrested for theft and prowling/loitering and one also for resisting after a neighbor reported them entering cars in the 2300 block of West Marne Avenue about 9 p.m. Aug. 17. The boys, who were turned over to their parents, were found with an electronic tablet, a charger, cigars and two cellphones.

26A 25-year-old man, residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and refusal to take a breath test after he was seen driving south in northbound lanes on North Port Washington Road and stopped in the 1000 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 1:25 a.m. Aug. 18. The man, who said he was at a Brewers game, failed field sobriety tests.

27Copper pipe and brass fittings were taken from a residence in the 6000 block of North Sidney Place sometime Aug. 18 to 20. The value of the copper and damage to the home was more than $450.

28A burglary was reported in the 600 block of West Rock Place about 3:45 p.m. Aug. 20. A neighbor saw an unknown male run from the home and sent a text message to the home owner. Police were notified about two hours later and found a screen had been removed to gain entry and the rear door was open. Nothing was reported taken.

29A 45-year-old man, residence not released, was arrested at 11 a.m. Aug. 21 on three counts of lewd and lascivious behavior after a witness reported a man naked from the waist down walking in the 5100 block of North Port Washington Road at 7:14 a.m. Aug. 21. At that time, police were unable to find him. However about 11 a.m., Shorewood police reported a man naked from the waist down walking in the 4600 block of North Estabrook Parkway. The man ran from the officers but was stopped and turned over to Glendale police. He admitted that days incident and two previous incidents of lewd and lascivious behavior July 20 and Aug. 19 in the 5100 block and 4800 blocks of North Port Washington Road.

SHOREWOOD

30A smartphone valued at $300 was taken when left unattended on a bench in the 1300 block of East Capitol Drive about 3:30 p.m. Aug. 17. It was traced to the 3500 block of Melvina Avenue but was not recovered.

31Two males, age and residences not released, were arrested for theft after a resident saw them enter his garage and began to ride off on his bicycles in an alley behind the 4000 block of North Woodburn Avenue about midnight Aug. 17. The resident yelled at them and they dumped the bikes and got into a car that was stopped north of Shorewood. The driver, a female, age and residence not released, denied knowing her friends intended to take the bikes saying she drove into that alley so they could urinate. One male said they took the bikes in order to have a "drunken joy ride."

32An attempted burglary was reported to the garage at Kensington Liquor, 4496 N. Oakland Ave., on Aug. 17 or 18. Padlocks had been removed but nothing reported taken.

33A package of toiletries valued at $50 was taken from the lobby of an apartment building in the 4400 block of North Oakland Avenue the afternoon of Aug. 19.

34A bicycle valued at $100 was taken from an attached garage in the 4400 block of North Farwell Avenue on Aug. 19 or 20. A service door was unlocked.

35A girl's 28-inch hybrid bicycle valued at $211 was taken from the 3800 block of North Oakland Avenue between noon and 7 p.m. Aug. 20.

36A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after hitting a parked car in the 1500 block of East Beverly Road at 11 p.m. Aug. 20. The woman failed field sobriety test and had a BAC of 0.12.

37A witness reported that a man exposed himself in the 4600 block of North Estabrook Parkway about 11 a.m. Aug. 21. The man ran from police heading north and then east. He was stopped and taken into custody by Glendale police.

38A bicycle valued at $200 was taken from a bike rack near the gym at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, between 1 and 6:30 p.m. Aug. 22.

WHITEFISH BAY

· Graffiti was reported inside and outside the warming house and on playground equipment at Klode Park, 5900 N. Shore Drive, at Silver Spring Park, 1100 E. Silver Spring Drive, on a fire hydrant, 5900 block of North Shoreland Avenue, a power box, 5200 block of North Berkeley Boulevard and in the men's room at the Whitefish Bay Library, 5420 N. Marlborough Drive, from Aug. 17 to Aug. 20. Some of the graffiti matched. The amount of damage was not available.

39Four males and two females, ages and residences not released, were cited for violation of park hours and warned for open burning at Big Bay Park, 5000 N. Palisades Road, at 1:40 a.m. Aug. 19.

40A man, age and residence not released, was cited for disorderly conduct after a report of him walking without wearing pants outside Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., at 11:45 a.m. Aug. 20. The man admitted he had changed his pants near a door at the school. He was told he was "no longer welcome" on district property.

41A 2013 Lincoln SUV was scratched while parked at the Jewish Community Center, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd., about 8:30 p.m. Aug. 20. The amount of damage was not available.

· Four bicycles were taken from three unlocked garages Aug. 20 or 21: two bicycles valued at $300 each from the 5200 block of North Santa Monica Boulevard, a $50 BMX bicycle from the 600 block of East Lexington Avenue and a $150 hybrid from the 4700 block of North Woodburn Street.

42A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct for urinating after getting off a bus in the 1300 block of East Hampton Road at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 22.

43A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for violation of prohibitive alcohol content, with three prior convictions, imprudent speed and following too closely after a report of a reckless driver in the 5200 block of North Lake Drive at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 22. The man because of previous drunken driving arrests was not to drive with a BAC over 0.02. He refused a blood draw so a warrant was issued and he was taken to a hospital for that draw.

44A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after stopped for a defective brake lamp in the 500 block of East Hampton Road at 2:40 a.m. Aug. 22. Her preliminary BAC was 0.17 and she was taken for a blood draw.

45A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, following too closely, failure to have insurance and driving after revocation in the 300 block of East Hampton Road at 7:18 a.m. Aug. 22. Her BAC was 0.13.

46A rear tire was found slashed causing $200 damage on a 2003 Subaru parked in a driveway in the 4800 block of North Diversey Boulevard at 6:30 a.m. Aug. 23. The resident reported hearing a hissing sound about 11 p.m. Aug. 22.

47Three tires were reported slashed causing more than $300 damage in the alley behind the 5500 block of North Berkeley Boulevard at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 23.

48A female, age and residence not released, was mailed a citation for disorderly conduct and after a witness reported her urinating outside the warming house at Klode Park, 5900 N. Shore Drive, at 9 p.m. Aug. 23. A male, age and residence not released, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT

· Firefighters responded to 98 calls, 69 emergency medical and 28 fire/rescue, Aug. 19 to Aug. 25.
