1A 41-year-old Brown Deer man was arrested for drunken driving after driving erratically in the 8900 block of North Green Bay Road at 11:55 p.m. Nov. 18. When asked for his driver's license, the man handed the officer a credit card and then another credit card and then his license. He said he had "one beer" but after his breath test said he had "one-and-a-half beers." His blood alcohol content was 0.08.
2Two Milwaukee men, 27 and 36, were arrested for possession of marijuana and loitering after they were found in a car outside a closed business in the 9000 block of North Deerbrook Trail at 2:35 a.m. Nov. 19. The men said they worked at a nearby company and were on a "10 minute break." Both admitted smoking marijuana saying they drove there so their employer wouldn't know.
3A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at Brown Deer Lanes, 4715 W. Bradley Road, at 10:20 p.m. Nov. 19. The man was described as being "rowdy" after ordering five shots saying he would drink them all, which he did, and then complained about the cost. When told he had to leave the bar, he swore at patrons and threatened to beat up the bartender.
4A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for underage drinking after noise complaints at Candlewood Suites, 4483 W. Schroeder Drive, at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 20. When police arrived, a number of people were seen running out of the hotel and driving away. The room had a strong odor of marijuana but none was found. The woman admitted having three shots to celebrate her 19th birthday. Her preliminary BAC was 0.094.
5A 15-year-old Brown Deer boy was arrested for resisting/obstruction, underage possession of tobacco and a violation of his parole Nov. 20 after being reported as a runaway from the 4400 block of West Deer Run at 5 p.m. Nov. 19. The boy was located in the 1600 block of West Bender Road, Glendale.
6An unsecured car was entered and a small amount of change taken in the 8500 block of North Manor Lane on Nov. 25 or 26.
7A GPS unit valued at $100 was taken from an unlocked car in the 8500 block of North Regent Road on Nov. 25 or 26.
8A 34-year-old man and two sisters, 31 and 39, all of Milwaukee, were arrested for theft of liquor valued at more than $250 from CVS Pharmacy, 8661 N. Port Washington Road, about noon Nov. 24. The sisters put bottles of liquor in purses and left the store one walking toward Interstate 43 and the other getting into a car driven by the man. The women had reportedly been in the store earlier and also taken liquor at that time. When they returned, they again stole liquor and were arrested.
9A wallet was taken from an office in the 500 block of West Silver Spring Drive on Nov. 17 and reported Nov. 18. A debit card was used at an Oak Creek Target to buy two $100 gift cards and $410 worth of merchandise. The gift cards were cancelled.
10A 27-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving after driving north in southbound lanes in the 6000 block of North Port Washington Road at 2:10 a.m. Nov. 18. The woman, who said she didn't realize she was on the wrong side of the road, had a BAC of 0.18.
11Two Milwaukee women, 25 and 26, were arrested for theft of items valued at more than $800 from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 18. One woman said she wanted the items but "didn't want to pay for them."
12Three Milwaukee women, 39, 51 and 52, were arrested for theft and the two older women also for obstruction and warrants for theft from Erehwon, 599 W. Glen Bay Ave., and other Bayshore stores at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 19. The woman had left the store and driven away but were stopped near the I-43 on-ramp. Their car was filled with large black garbage bags which were filled with more than 45 items valued at more than $2,300, all with tags and some with sensors from The Gap, American Eagle, Foot Locker, Orvis and Erehwon. Also in the car was a 23-year-old Milwaukee woman who had a purse filled with clothing still with tags. She denied they were stolen saying her boyfriend had just thrown her out and these were her things. She was told she could get "her things" back when she brought in a receipt.
13A 36-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 6100 block of North Port Washington Road at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 19. His BAC was 0.12.
14A 31-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for armed robbery at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 2:25 p.m. Nov. 20. The woman had hidden items valued at more than $100 in her purse and when stopped after leaving the store threatened an employee saying if he touched her, she would spray him with mace. She fled in a car and when stopped said she had only taken chocolate and left the other items in a bathroom. However, those items where hidden in her car. Later she admitted stealing but said, "I didn't do no armed robbery."
15A warrant was issued Nov. 21 for a 29-year-old Glendale man for felony theft of more than $5,000 of jewelry from a relative in the 6800 block of North Green Bay Avenue on Nov. 17 or 18. According to the victim, the man had texted her admitting he took the jewelry and pawned it, some at the Gold Exchange, 6235 N. Teutonia Ave. Police went there and the manager said he had given the man $170 for some jewelry which the victim identified and said it was worth more than $4,200. The pawn shop returned it to the owner.
16A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at the T-Mobile Rotunda, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive, about 5:30 p.m. Nov. 21. The woman had become angry regarding her phone bill and used profane language during a verbal altercation with an employee. She left before police arrived but was found later that night at her Milwaukee home and arrested. She apologized for her actions.
17A student reported the theft of his unsecured backpack with a laptop and a digital media player valued at $1,430 were taken while he worked out in the gym at Cardinal Stritch University, 6801 N. Yates Road, mid-afternoon Nov. 22.
18A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for theft from Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 10:15 a.m. Nov. 25. The woman had put bras, shirts and a corset valued at $244 into a cart and then entered a fitting room. When she walked out of the room, the cart had only hangers inside. She had hidden the items under her own clothes.
19A 62-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for theft of clothing and other items valued at $626 at Sears, 5900 N. Port Washington Road, at 6 p.m. Nov. 25. The man loaded a cart with items and then walked out of the store. He was stopped by an employee.
20A 42-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for battery after hitting a receptionist at the Animal Emergency Center, 2100 W. Silver Spring Drive, at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 27. The woman, who had brought in her cat to be euthanized, became angry when told she had to pay upfront and also would have to wait since others were ahead of her. She yelled and swore and punched the employee in the face. She was taken into protective custody.

21A 27-year-old Shorewood man was arrested for possession of marijuana and warned for failure to have proof of insurance and speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 3500 block of North Oakland Avenue at 2 a.m. Nov. 21. The man and car smelled of the drug and police found 12.8 grams of marijuana in the glove box.
22Graffiti was found on the Oak Leaf bike trail bridge spanning the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive the morning of Nov. 22. Damage was $100.
23A16-year-old West Allis boy was arrested for possession of a trace amount of marijuana and a drug pipe and underage possession of tobacco after he and three other males were found in the warming house on the beach at Klode Park, 5900 N. Lake Drive, at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 23.
24A 28-year-old Milwaukee woman was mailed citations for disorderly conduct and driving while suspended after stopping her car and yelling at a passenger in the 100 block of West Silver Spring Drive at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 25. The couple said it was just a verbal argument and both were told to take the bus home since neither had a valid license.
