Nicole Marie Iverson and Joel Michael Smullen, both of Whitefish Bay, are planning an Aug. 28, 2010, wedding at St. Monica Catholic Church in Whitefish Bay.
Parents of the engaged couple are Ed and Karen Iverson of Fox Point and Michael and Susan Smullen of De Pere.
The bride-to-be earned her bachelor's and master's degrees at Marquette University.
She works for We Energies in real estate as a right-of-way agent.
The future groom earned his bachelor's degree in environmental design from Miami University of Ohio and his master's degree in architecture from the University of Colorado.
He is a project architect for HGA Architects and Engineers in Milwaukee.
