Aileen Cronin of Shorewood and Jason Ploessl of Cassville were married May 15, 2010, at St. Robert Church in Shorewood.

Parents of the bride are Robert and Christina Cronin of Shorewood. Parents of the groom are Joseph and Denise Ploessl of Cassville.

The Rev. Robert Kalaco officiated the ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Pilot House in Milwaukee.

The bride wore a mermaid, beaded gown and carried a bouquet of stargazer lilies and white roses.

Matron of honor was Kathleen Gleason of Galway, Ireland, sister of the bride.

Bridesmaid was Patricia Cronin of Milwaukee.

Best man was Anthony Schauff of Cassville, friend of the groom.

Groomsman was Adam Ploessl of Plattville.

Flower girl was Eliza Cashman of Memphis, Tenn., cousin of the bride.

The bride received her bachelor's degree in history from Marquette University and her master's degree in fashion merchandising from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee.

The groom earned his bachelor's degree in general management and technology and international business in Western Europe from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

They both work for Kohl's Corp., and they met through mutual friends.

The couple will honeymoon in Jamaica for two weeks. They reside in Milwaukee.
