Help dig out a neighbor
It's that time of year -- the time when the snow starts piling up and also when we all begin to get really, really weary of winter.
Unfortunately for many, it's also the time when people end up having heart attacks as a result of over exertion. If you have a neighbor who suffers from health issues or is simply up in his or her years, lend a hand. Take that extra few minutes and dig them a path to their doorway, snowblow their driveway, or shovel them out.
Yes it will take a little extra effort, but you will be helping out your fellow man (or woman). While this may take a little time on your part, small acts of kindness are always remembered.
You will never regret it.
