The latest "incident" in the life and actions of Governor Scott Walker revolves around his promotion of a gift to a non-profit organization that is a supporter of his political opinions. Problem is, that organization was not officially a non-profit at all. Surprised? I am not surprised one bit. What is happening in the Governor's Mansion in Madison is a disgrace. When will we wake up?
Today we find out that he had to see to it that the quick, large income advance that Walker pushed for the Police Administrator in the Capitol was illegal. Much of what Scott Walker does is illegal, but he gets away with it until some newspaper or investigator or John Doe hearing or just some fact-fining shows how shady his actions are. He plays at the fringe of the law. No Wisconsin governor has had this much illegality in such a short period of time.
The John Doe investigation into Scott Walker's tenure as Milwaukee County Executive should be re-opened. More and more information is being revealed. His smarmy administration is dripping with impropriety.
Scott Walker's lackey status with the have's over the have-nots goes back to his beginning as a politician. He has always been for sale. Representing a section of Milwaukee County in the state legislature, he constantly voted for actions and legislation that was detrimental to the City of Milwaukee. He was always the darling of the wealthy and those living outside the reality of a large city.
What we need very badly is a total and intensive investigation of the political life of Scott Walker. This task has to be done by a major organization, bureau, or media outlet. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel comes to mind. Thorough. Intensive. No stone left unturned. What we know as fact in the public eye is enough to give ample evidence that this man's political life is rife with special favors and stretching of the law.
Scott Walker deserves to be investigated. He has brought enough disgrace to this state.
